very well put together, honestly, although like others have said, it probably won't hold the attention span of people here on newgrounds for very long. but still, its obvious you could do some pretty good things

pretty damn cool

only suggestion I would make is make it 2 different styles, time trial (like it is) and a limitted number of cannonballs, no timer, I think the second optino would be really challenging, accuracy instead of spam firing would be more needed :) pretty rockage game though
